From the standalone bathtub to the fully equipped kitchen, every detail has been considered to create a space that feels like home, just a little more magical.  New to the collection are the family cottages, designed for those travelling with children or in a small group, which offer incredible views overlooking the elephants. Waking up and watching these gentle giants from your own terrace is an experience that truly stays with you.  

Mornings here are best spent lingering in bed with the doors open, gazing across your pool to the surrounding green. The atmosphere is calm and unhurried, with wonderful staff who let you glide through your stay at your own pace.  And then, of course, there are the elephants, part of a carefully run sanctuary programme that’s central to the soul of this place. Dining is farm-to-table, fresh and flavourful, and breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had, eaten slowly, in peace, overlooking the view.  The food in general is spectacular, paired with the views. 

A pre dinner drink watching the elephants wonder off to bed is beautiful.   Wild Cottages is special. One of those rare places that gets under your skin and makes it genuinely hard to leave.
